This was completed a long time ago but we thought we would share some photos. We got this dresser from Aunt Jenna. Jennifer got ambitious and decided to refinish it to match the babies room. There were a few disasters along the project road. Grandpa Dewey and Uncle Tyler had to do a lot of the work because we found out that paint stripper on plastic makes a gross paste that can only be removed with paint thinner (something pregnant women generally try to avoid).
In the end it turned out beautiful and now adds a great splash of green color to the babies room.
Here are a few before and afters!

Very cool! It looks great (careful...Jenna might want it back). The baby's room is so bright and cute! Can't wait until there is a cute little guy sleeping in there!
ReplyDeleteYou are looking great :). I wish I would have been able to help paint the dresser...we had so much fun painting the clay flower pots for your wedding, lol. We could have had a repeat! I hope you are feeling great, and I simply can not wait to meet BH! Take care.
